Your use of all parts of this website constitutes a contract
between you, the user, and myself as the webmaster,
and you are consequently bound by the notices, policies, conditions, and
other terms and conditions stated hereunder.

1.       Law
Your access and use of the Pennard and Area Local History website is subject to
the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions")
and all applicable laws.

By accessing and browsing the Website, you enter into a Contract with
 the website owner (hereinafter referred to as the `webmaster')  
and you accept, without limitation or qualification, that the said Contract is subject
to the Laws of England and Wales (only), as well as the hereunder mentioned Terms and
Conditions and you therefore acknowledge that any other agreement regarding
this subject matter between you and the `webmaster' is superseded and of no force or effect.

Furthermore, it is agreed that any dispute you may have with the said `webmaster' will intitially
be dealt with between yourself and the said `webmaster', secondly through the dispute being
presented, by both or all parties involved in same, to an independent
 arbitrator for his, her or their final recommendation(s) or decision, but that should  
  such steps by either the initial or second means fail to reconcile the matter,
   that such dispute will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales, which shall
  enjoy and take precedence over the laws or regulations of any other Country.

2.       Legal Notice
 The `webmaster' maintains this Pennard and Area Local History website
(hereafter referred to as the "website") for your personal information, education, entertainment,
and communication, and you are  invited to please feel free to browse the website in its entirety.

Whilst the downloading of the Pennard and Area Local History website
- being all pages, documents, photographs, data and all and every other piece of
information (including but not restricted to, the intellectual ownership of the
website and the information contained therein) is totally illegal and in
contravention of all Internet Laws, Privacy, and the Laws of all
civilised Countries of the World,  the `webmaster' states that should you require to
download specific pages containing certain material, photographs, data, or any
other part or parts of the website, it is mandatory that you contact the `webmaster' in

  personal use only, provided you also understand and acknowledge that all copyright and
 other proprietary notices contained on the materials is retained by the `webmaster'.

     the text, images, audio, and video without the `webmaster''s advance written permission.

otherwise noted - and may not be used, except as provided in these Terms
   and Conditions or in the text on the website, without advance written
 permission from the `webmaster'.  Furthermore, the `webmaster' neither warrants nor
represents that your use of   materials displayed on the website will not infringe rights of
third parties not owned by or affiliated with the `webmaster'.

Whilst the `webmaster' uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date
information on the website, the `webmaster' makes no warranties or representations
as to its accuracy.    Furthermore, the `webmaster' assumes no liability or responsibility
 for any errors or omissions in the content on the website.

Your use and browsing of the website is at your risk.
Neither the `webmaster' nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or
 delivering the website is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or
 punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the website.

of the `webmaster', or used with permission by the donor or lender of same.

or more UK, US and/or foreign patents. Specific product names can be requested.

The `webmaster' has not reviewed all of the websites linked to this website and is not
responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other websites linked to
the Pennard and Area Local History website.

Although the `webmaster' may from time to time monitor or review guest-entries,

visits in order to assist the `webmaster', among other things, in providing you

placed on the dissemination of same  at the point of your providing to me such information
(in whatever format  you  choose) should only be used to help me to provide
the Pennard and Area Local History Project, its residents and associated families, with a
better knowledge of its history, both past and present.

Whilst since its original wording there has not been any overall or major change to any part or
parts, words or wording of the above-stated and written 'Privacy Policy Statement (1)',
the latter, when used in conjunction with '3. Terms and Conditions (part 1)', needs some
minor clarification.

Whereas the first paragraph of this above-stated and written 'Privacy Policy Statement (1)'
includes specific wording, it may be deemed that some of the words and/or wording in the said
first paragraph of same may contain a conflict with
the wording within the above-written Section 3 of 'Terms and Conditions (part 1)
within which paragraphs 4 and 5 are included the words and/or wording of;-

Whilst I am not aware of any direct 'conflict' within any of the above Terms, Conditions and/or
Policy or Policies, I do wish to ensure that effective 'clarification' is made in order to ensure that
